Ayia Napa, is situated on the south east coast of Cyprus, and is one of the country’s most well known resorts, thanks to its lively atmosphere and abundance of well maintained sandy beaches, including the ever popular Nissi Beach, which due to its popularity becomes very busy in the summer months. For those visitors looking for quieter beaches on which to relax and take in some sun, then either Harbour Beach, which is one of the longest beaches on Cyprus, and is more of a family orientated beach, or Golden Bay, (Landa Beach as it is known locally). Cape Greco is an area of naturally outstanding beauty which provides some stunning sea views. The area is a protected nature park which is located in between Ayia Napa and Protaras, and is around a ten minute drive from Ayia Napa’s centre.
