Home to the famous rock of the same name, Aphrodite Beach in Limassol is must for all those romantics out there. It is said that by swimming around the rock will ensure that you will find love for the remainder of your life. That said this is no mean task due to the occasional windy shoreline on this part of southern Cyprus. The pebble beach doesn't lead to the most comfortable sunbathing experience, however the many visitors to this beach are more interested in its history.
